We ordered this awhile back never opened the box for 2 months until ready for install. The installer recommended this gloss black background to match the roof so we went with it. Installer likes 3M products a little over this product but he said it was ok! So… I messed up. My car is white, with black trim. I figured the black would stand out.it doesn't. It blends in with the tint at the top of the windshield. Ordered the 1320 to complete the grocery list.
