Product Return Policies.
Please note that our products are cut to order to the size and color your specify when you place the order. Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT.
If for some reason you are not happy with your product please contact us by email within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product at email@example.com for a refund less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. You must obtain a RMA# to write on the original receipt and place inside the returned package. RMA# will be emailed to you after contacting us to request the return.
Decals are not designed to be left rolled for long periods of time. Please install your decals as quickly as possible to prevent wrinkles that may occur in the shipping process. Refund or replacement will not be issued for decals that are left in the box for long periods of time.

Special orders, Custom orders
Custom text orders and bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges without incurring a restocking fee even on exchange. Once these are cut they can not be resold they are one off custom made specifically for you.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for Special orders without incurring a restocking fee, any items custom made including text, shirts, custom windshield banners, camo cut vinyl etc. again these are custom one off designs made specifically made for you.
Camo can not be returned. The camo is special ordered and can not be returned.
Custom Sticker Shop is not responsible for damage due to improper installation and credits will not be given for improper installation.

International shipments are made via USPS First Class International. Please note international shipments have NO guarantee for delivery. (please use as your own risk no refunds will be given for lost orders via USPS for international delivery.
If you provide a invalid address and the item is returned by the post office, you will be subject to a additional shipping charge that will be charged to your original form of payment.
Hours of operation
Normal Business hours are from Sunday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm.
Please note orders placed after hours, over holidays and holiday weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Canceled order will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover the cost involved with processing a order and fees incurred from advertising and payment processing.
In the event your payment is declined, we reserve the right to process the card again for up to 30 business days. If we are required to attempt to process the card again you may incur a $1.00 service charge in addition to the total of the original order amount.

All information may be changed including: address, credit card information, billing address, email and more. The new information will be updated in our system and used in the collection of information when visiting Custom Sticker Shop.

In the event that Custom Sticker Shop merges or is acquired by another company, all current information Custom Sticker Shop has will be shared with the other company. Custom Sticker Shop will do its best to inform you of the transaction.

Loss or theft or Damage.
In the event a package is lost by the usps or the item is stolen. Please contact so we can file the appropriate paperwork with the USPS. We will gladly replace the order at no charge to you while the US Post Office conducts an investigation. Please be advised if the US Postal deems your package WAS delivered to your address, you may be responsible for the cost of the replacement shipment.
If you item arrives damaged by the post office, we will gladly replace the item. Before a replacement item can be sipped we need a Signed written statement from you that the item was received damaged, and photos of the damage emailed to us, so we can file the insurance paperwork with the Post Office.
