Our decals are all custom made to order according to the size, color and design you specify when placing the order. They are personalized just for you. For these reasons we can not accept returns or issue refunds. If you make a mistake on your order contact us immediately and we can correct it before it is shipped. info@customstickershop.us
If a error occurs in production on our part we will mail a replacement free of charge, a picture must be sent to us via email before a replacement is sent.
We are not responsible for failed installation, we provided detailed installation instructions on the website and recommend professional installation on larger decals.
If the item is damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS each order comes with up to $100 of insurance if the order is damaged in transit.
USPS requires a picture of the damage, a copy of the receipt and a claim to be filled out online.
YOU MUST KEEP THE DAMAGED ITEM AND PACKAGING so it can be inspected by USPS or the claim may be denied
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to NOT Cancel orders. When you place your order we incur administrative costs involved with processing the order and fees incurred from advertising that brought you to our site and payment processing of your order, these fees and charges we can not recover even if the order is cancelled.
This policy helps ensure we can keep our cost low and pass great products and great prices on to our customers.
If you make a mistake on your order and need it changed, please contact us.
In the event cancellation is required you will be refunded less the advertising and payment processing fees that we incur and are not refunded. The amount of fees is approx. 28% of the order total.
